I have recently let my property through Intercounty in Sawbridgeworth. It is an unusual property and finding the right tenants has taken creativity, perseverance and teamwork from all of the resources that Intercounty have. The advice that Intercounty gave me came true in the timescales they indicated and they have found excellent tenants for me. I am very disappointed with my dealings with this agency. I rented a house and the repairs agreed to be done before moving were not done. The property was not cleaned i had to start cleaning once i moved. The bathrooms still had hair inside the showers!!!

*** BE AWARE *** I’m absolutely shocked from the service I received from this company as I have tried to call them for three days. Expecting a call back and no one bothered to call back and once finally got through to the person I needed to speak to I was told the site is under offer, which clearly means they were prioritising a client which they want to sell it to and putting away other potential buyers or I should say not even getting back to them. I CANNOT BELIEVE HOW DISHONEST THIS COMPANY IS AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE USING THIS COMPANY FOR ANY KIND OF DEALINGS. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!!!
