We've been renting a property through Mackay Property for over 5 years and have been extremely happy. We have had no real issues with the property itself and have always been able to speak to friendly staff if we did need anything at all. I feel like they really care about their tenants and so ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible. Flat inspections are every 6 months and, as someone who suffers from anxiety, I've been nervous about them but I don't feel that anymore as Rachel is lovely. He was always professional, friendly, polite and went over and above in what ended up being a long and difficult move. Mackay Property Agents were very helpful when I was buying property, they also look after my rentals. All the staff are very friendly and most helpful. Rachel looks after my rentals and she is someone I can trust to do the best for me and the tenants.5 star award definitely for the team.
