I approached Andrew for sales advice after a very poor experience from a High St EA who failed to turn up for viewings and ignored my instructions on important details of the house listing. Andrew proved to be the complete opposite, a high quality and standout presentation of the house, excellent communication and support for viewings and diligent and patient support through the process once an offer was accepted. This review was done 4 months after we moved into our first owned home. I think it's important to make that clear so you know we've had the full experience begging to end. And it was absolutely incredible, day 1 till move in day, Lou and Lorraine where quite literally the best. Keeping me and my partner in the loop with calls and emails. Happily answering questions that concerns prompt and clearly. Andrew who showed us the house was an absolute pleasure too, again, answered questions and helped through any issues we had. And that's important here, he went above and beyond, provided recommendations and really helpful advice. We need more estate agents like Ewemove.

I started liaising with Andy whilst advertising our property with another agent who we didn't feel was doing anything to assist with the sale of our house but most importantly did not communicate with us at all throughout our time. Andy came in, showed us what he could do, completing beautiful photos of the property using a professional photographer and drone footage. Really impressive. He then arranged multiple viewings, always keeping us updated as to where things were at and honest feedback about the property. Once sold we then communicated with his colleagues at Platinum progression who were equally fantastic.
