I really can't thank Karen and Lilly enough for everything they have done for me to finally get a home. At the moment it's not the easiest to find a rented property within a reasonable price range, I was on the verge of just giving up looking after seeing so many since my old landlord sold their home I lived in for many years. These amazing women have helped me every step of the way and I will be forever grateful to them both. 5* Great customer service and great staff.

Me and my partner moved into our first home yesterday, as you can imagine we don’t really know what we are doing but Karen and Lilly were both excellent giving us any information we needed and if they were unsure they weren’t hesitant to find out and give us a call straight back. Fantastic service received from Sam and Nicola in the Seaham branch. Professional photos taken, along with a floor plan and video tour of the property. House sold within a week and on first viewing! Wouldn’t use any other estate agents.
