I have rented a property through Kimmitt Lettings for three years and I cannot fault the service I have received. I was fortunate to not have any major issues; however, I did have problems with my boiler, this was reported to Kimmitt Lettings and the issue was dealt with immediately, resulting in a brand-new boiler. Whilst waiting for this to be fitted, they supplied me with a temporary oil radiator - which I was very grateful for. Any issues or queries I have had, there has always been someone on the other end of the phone to speak with me and deal with these promptly. Anne-Marie was my point of contact throughout my tenancy and she always went above and beyond for me. It has been a pleasure to rent from Kimmitt Lettings, I can only comment on my own experience, but I can't pick no faults. First class service, great communication, dealt with issues ASAP, professional and courteous staff. My keys were returned on the Saturday, the check out inspection was conducted on the Thursday and I received my deposit back a few days later. Superb turn-around!!
