Thank you to Harry who was extremely proactive in finding us our new home! Despite an initial hiccup out of his control he continuously made sure to find us new options with a great sense of urgency. We weren’t able to physically see our new home during this pandemic until move in - which for us was a gamble we were willing to take due to our circumstances. However, it truly did pay off. We ended up in a beautiful home which was more than what we had expected.

After a terrible experience with a different agent it is such a brilliant experience now with both Shakira and Emma, who alongside the reat of the team, couldnt have made our transition from one managment agent to another easier. The level of professionalism, knowledge and how they have accommodated us really can't be faulted and I cannot recommend enough.
