I have sincerely had an awesome experience with Streets Ahead from viewing the property in 2018 to moving and checking out in 2021. It’s just been exceptional. Alex was the person who carried out my viewing appointment. She was knew exactly what I was looking for in a flat which made it easy for me to accept on first viewing. Then not to talk of late Callum who was my property manager for the duration of 2 years. He was literally the best as he dealt with all of my queries promptly, professional and effectively. Even if the landlord didn’t want to adhere to his advice, he would still inform me. I could go on and on about Callum as he was a man of his word. He always had a story and solution for every problem, lol. When it was time for my and family to start looking for a new place, George got involved with searching for new places within the area. He was also exceptional as he would send me 3-4 properties with the space of 3 days and this was on a weekly basis. He also informed his colleagues to contact me if they had other properties in mind. He has great interpersonal skills and knows how to quickly identify the needs of a customer. Not to talk of Shakira who recently took over from Callum. Also another awesome staff who is also prompt and efficient in handling queries. No wonder you guys are growing and advancing so rapidly within the UK. Would definitely recommend streets ahead and all the team over at the Croydon branch. I had such a great experience with the seamless transaction for the property I purchased thanks to the team that helped. From Shaheen Rajabali getting the brief on point, being enthusiastic and punctual for every viewing along with being very easy to contact if I had any questions. She was also incredibly flexible working around my schedule to do viewings even at short notice. Andrew Bilby also provided fantastic support throughout the process being a fantastic point of call dealing with all parties Involved on my behalf to make the transaction smooth and seamless. If I needed anything printed, dealt with he was on it. Excellent communication and so easy to get hold of any time I had a query. Absolutely blown away by the stellar service of Gemma Greasley. We were relocating from the US, dealing with time differences, pets etc- and she made the entire process efficient and seemingly effortless. Moving is challenging but her lovely personality and resourcefulness shone through. She was the ONLY estate agent, who replied fast and contacted us via What's app additionally to e-mail- catching on that we were doing this remotely from the US. She sent a detailed walk- through-video- (with a REAL lens not a fish eye that distorts the dimensions), guided us through the forms and being an advocate when it came to finding something that was pet friendly. I have never met her in person- such are the times we live in, but I am touched by her kindness and efficiency and I would bear -hug her in a heartbeat. thank you!! we are so excited about our new home.
