Martin&co looked after my property for many years and also sold it for me when needed. Throughout the years they have been brilliant and always took care of any issues promptly and professionally giving me total peace of mind. During the sale the were excellent at getting many viewings quickly and were always kind and understanding throughout the whole process. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to other landlords. Perfect service .

Amazing experience with Martin&Co, process was very smooth with constant communication throughout. Very flexible with move in dates and the property was in perfect condition when I moved in. Collecting the keys and the whole application process was very easy to do. Huge thank you to Shannon and Deanna for all their help! Lovely team!

The team at Martin and Co Sheffield have been brilliant during a stressful time of moving house. All our applications were processed quickly and efficiently, meaning we had the keys to our apartment within a few weeks. They are all quick and responsive with emails, meaning that any issues or concerns you have are dealt with immediately putting your mind at rest. Even after some confusion with keys, a colleague went out of her way to drop them off outside of her working hours. Thanks Martin and Co for making this a smooth process and we are happy we will be dealing with you during our tenancy.
