Our process was perfect everything went amazing and how it was meant to go we had Nathan Stray who was responsive and managed to get everything sorted for us straight away the whole process was done within a week, we viewed the property on a Thursday and had the keys by the following Thursday, he replies straight away to emails and even carried on staying in touch after the move in to ensure everything was okay. Firstly, let me just say this review is well overdue. Whitegates have been managing my property for over 18 months now and I have never been disappointment not once! Every member of the team I have corresponded with is extremely helpful, polite and efficient. Adam my property manager is simply amazing he is so hands on, whenever there are any queries from the tenant he reaches out to me straight away, he is always available via email or phone and when he's away he gives the team member who is taking over a full briefing so I do not have to explain everything we had discussed up to that point. What I also like is that although they have there own inhouse painters, decorators, cleaners (which is also a bonus) they do not pressure you to use them. For example, when I needed to get new pipes installed Adam sent out one of their plumbers for a quote, however I wanted to get my own plumber to have a look and it wasn't an issue. Adam was really accommodating when it came to arranging availability with the tenants. Some agents would have had an issue and made things awkward as it is beneficial for all the business to stay inhouse but that was not the case with Whitegates. I must say this is by far the best agents I have had, the service I had received is outstanding.
