Just rented a properly through white gates, Nathan was brilliant! Top communication really friendly and helpful nothing was ever too much! Great service from start to finish!

Where to start. Ended up living in a house that the landlady had neglected, so every 2 weeks there would be a new problem. The landlady was not useful at all always deflecting problems and sending in cowboy builders to sort out jobs. However constant help from Helen got us what we needed (after a lot of hard work from her to get the landlord to fix anything) the staff here are really helpful and unlike other estate agents they’re actually fair and Neutral, never taking the landlady’s or my side, they did the job of refereeing the whole tenancy brilliantly. When it came to moving out, we explained that the reason for moving was not their fault as they had been so helpful. Adam has been our contact through the moving period and he has been amazing, helped us with getting a fair amount of the deposit back and has also posted letters back for myself (even though he could have made me collect them) but as we are so busy and have moved 60 miles away it has been a huge help. I can’t fault the team one but always helpful and ready to do their job.

Whitegates letting team have been great so far, finding a good tenant and achieving a fair rent. The property manager - Adam Clarke has gone above and beyond whenever I have needed something - highly recommended on this experience to date.
