I have just recently started renting with Whitegates, and I am very impressed so far. The two people I have been working with, Adam Clarke and Nathan Stray, have both been absolutely excellent in making the rental process really smooth - they've both been really helpful and friendly too, with very prompt responses to emails. I've also had a few issues pop up in the house and Adam and the landlord have been really quick and amenable, and I've been very impressed with that. I was even given a gift box on my move in date, which is new for me! Overall, it's a very promising start and I'm really happy with Whitegates, and Adam, Nathan and my landlord. A more positive experience for sure than I've had with previous lettings agencies!

Adam has been really good. Supportive from the start, going out of his way to help whether it is responding to messages early in the morning, travelling to your property to charge up the meter or just advising. Whitegates are lucky to have him - I suspect he is a gem that is rare to find so they need to hold on to him!

Over the past 7 years I've rented from different agencies and I can say it's a huge difference in people and management. I've been with Whitegates for about 1 year and they are absolutely amazing. Repairs are done efficiently and enquiries answered fast, all staff is properly trained, friendly, polite and helpful especially Adam, one of the managers at Whitegates. Dealing with a lot and different people shows how much dedication and qualifications he has. I wish I found Whitegates a lot earlier because it would have made our lives easier and better.
