We used Christopher Russell to buy and sell in June last year. Any moving experience is stressful and this one particularly so as we needed to complete within two months from the chain being completed. The initial valuation was spot on and we received the asking price, the open days were handled professionally, by the manager Steve and had no reservations about leaving the staff in our home to show potential buyers round. We received detailed feedback on every viewing and through their negotiations with the potential buyers received the asking price. The staff there, especially Abby, were constantly keeping us informed of potential properties to view and even persuaded us to view houses that we first felt weren't suitable.. Even though the progression of the sale had to happen quickly Trudie kept us informed of the progress and worked tirelessly to get to complete in time. Having moved several times we found this agent to be professional throughout and would not hesitate in recommending them.
