i haven't been to complimentary about estate agents in the past. So on this occasion i had to give credit, where credit was due. I used Ellis & Co in Sidcup to sell my property and go on to buy a new one with them. They made the whole experience painless, taking off the pressure that comes with buying & selling. I also bought a flat for rental through them and let them manage this for me. i'm so impressed that the other rentals i have, will be handed over to them once my contract is up. Kevin is the manage and he is an absolute gent of a man. He took all my worries away and i felt confident he was in control at all times. Even after my sale nearly fell through, he dealt with it all and managed to get the sale back on track and complete quickly. The other guy in the office Craig deals with my rentals and i couldn't be happier. Such nice friendly down to earth bunch. A massive thank you to you all

Currently sitting here at 12am, dealing with awful tenants this company decided to move into the property they manage, who live above me. I’ve had to put up with a year of hell with 4 students in a 2 bedroom flat, which ruined my health and now they decide to put in more students who are making my life a misery most mornings until 2am, AGAIN. I haven’t even bothered to email you to discuss because I’ve done that before and you done absolutely nothing. For context, this is a 2 bedroom flat you manage in Sidcup. I’m absolutely sick of it. Yes, I am referring to Ellis & Co in Sidcup. No need to send me a reply saying ‘please call the office’ I done that before and you unfortunately, done nothing to help. Please speak to your tenants.

worst Estate agent ever used, Craig is the least professional sales agent, behaviour changes when you tell them that you don't want to extend the contract any further...avoid at all cost.
