The best Estate Agent in Sittingbourne. We are first time buyers and getting on the property ladder has been difficult. Chris Ellis was the only estate agent who seem to listen, he recognised we were serious buyers and went the extra mile to get us our first home. Chris was an expert on the local market, understands how to negotiate to get the best deal for both sides and we exchanged and moved in within 3 months of our first meeting with Chris, even after failing with all of the other agents (theres a a lot) for best part of 6 months before. Chris gave us his personal number and was available and easy to reach, this is the sign of someone who is serious about building a deal, proactive and personable. Olivia was tenacious in progressing the sale, regular communications made it easier to understand where we were with the process, helpful for a novice like me! We were in a very complex chain which could have fallen apart at any given time. The director of Harrisons Residential Chris took control of our case. Chris worked extremely hard, including his days off to ensure that the chain remained together all the way to completion. Harrisons are honest, and they always have proves to backup what they are telling you.
