By far the WORST estate agents ever known! Not one member of staff have any sort of customer service, avoid 53 PENTREMALWED ROAD at all costs! They don’t fix the problem they just paint over the damp. My daughters £1000 pram had to be thrown because damp issues weren’t solved. Along with numerous of other items. After we terminated our contract, handing the keys back on the 1st they think they can justify charging us 8 days until new tenants move in so the landlord can paint over the issues ????????? because that’s all will be done. 1.5 years we put up with it, you shouldn’t of received rent at all living in this, never mind trying to get money out of us when we’ve handed the keys back!
