FIRST CLASS PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
Dawsons at Sketty has offered me a first class service which started on day one when my house was valued and put on the market. Following each viewing I was updated at the earliest opportunity and any issues that arose were resolved with no fuss and always with enthusiasm and a can do approach. The exchange / completion proved to be rather protracted but full credit must go to both Helen and Alison who drove the deal forward offering sensible advice and a cool head throughout. They both went above and beyond to bring a positive resolution for all concerned. I cannot offer high enough praise for this small team who are galvanised by the experience, professionalism and dedication of Alison Morris. Many thanks also to Sian, Natalie and Christine. A big thank you to you all.

Excellent, professional and caring
I found the ladies at Sketty to be so helpful and would always keep me informed of everything that was happening regarding the sale of my property. I dealt a lot with Helen, Natalie and Sian. I liked them bringing examples of properties in the area that they had dealt with recently to give an idea of the prices in the area on the initial meeting. Although I had an idea of price myself, this helped me decide and I am pleased to say that I received my full asking price. Although my main contact was Helen, it was a complete team effort and every one of them should be thanked and I do thank them all. They are an example of an efficient office. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Excellent Service from Dawsons Sketty branch
We have been dealing with Dawsons (Sketty branch) for the purchase of a property and have been constantly impressed by the service we have received. The agent we have been primarily dealing with (Sian) has been excellent from the point of initial contact, through the viewing process and most recently through the negotiation process. We have also had the pleasure of dealing with the branch Manager, who has been nothing short of excellent. She has unfailingly provided concise, relevant information, dealt with queries promptly and has represented the seller and ourselves (as purchaser) with equal fairness and honesty. I would have no hesitation in recommending this branch to any prospective seller or buyer as they provide an excellent professional service with total integrity. If you are looking for an agent who you can trust, who will go the extra mile for customer satisfaction, is pleasant and professional in their approach, then I would highly recommend this branch. I believe they have saved us and the seller time, stress and additional solicitor fees by providing such good communication early on the purchase. I now feel confident to proceed knowing they are providing an integral link in the conveyancing chain. Thank you Dawsons!

Purchase of our property
Dealing with Dawson's at their Sketty branch has proved to be a rewarding experience. The team were always extremely helpful and responsive to each of our requests and kept us informed of progress during each step within the purchasing process. Their liason between us as buyers and the sellers was conducted efficiently and speedily and they are to be highly recommended to all parties considering the hiring of an Estate Agent.

A very personal service that made the difference
The ladies in the Sketty branch delivered a very personal service, tailored to my personal needs. This was particularly welcome as someone needing to sell from a distance. Price-wise, Alison and the team got me what I what I wanted for the house, and were always willing to offer candid and honest advice, which I genuinely trusted, I certainly wouldn't hesitate to use Dawson's again and can highly recommend their services.

Go the extra mile
I cannot recommend the staff that I had dealings with in the Sketty branch of this estate agent enough. They ensured the best photos and wording were used to sell my property. They were very active in pursuing leads and in encouraging people to view the property. They were also very helpful if providing me with properties for me to view that I hadn't considered. Indeed I ended up buying a house through them that I didn't consider looking at initially . It was only on their recommendation that I looked at it at all. If you let them into the idea of what you want they will bend over backwards. Of course estate agents are not just about helping you find a buyer and a new property. Its about completing the transaction. I thought Dawsons were incredibly proactive in getting all relevant parties to work in the right way.. surveyors, solicitors, the other estate agents involved. If I decided to ever move again i would use them in a heartbeat.

Sale of my property
I have been extremely impressed with the service from all the staff of Sketty office. Very pleasant helpful and informative. I was kept informed of appointments and the feed back they received from the viewers on each occasion. I would definitely recommend Sketty Dawson's estate agents as very professional and give that extra mile in customer service.
