Hannah Gunn was an absolute gem in my search for a rental property - she was detailed in all her communication with me and extremely fast and efficient in responding to all my queries. I have rented many properties over the years and have never had the pleasure before of working with an agent who was both very good at her job and was personable and pleasant to deal with. I also love my new property and thank Hannah for all her help in what can sometimes be a very stressful process. Due to Hannah this time it was not!!!

Peace of Mind

Letting out your home is stressful, especially as you are planning an overseas move. Hannah took all that away was on hand for questions , no matter how small. Did a great job with the marketing, pricing advise, maintenance advise and a million other things. Our home rented out in less than 24 hours from being put on the market and nothing was stressful including the contract. We now have Hannah and team as managing agents and no complaints here..
