We had an extremely bumpy ride selling our property but I have to point out that Esra in the South Croydon office was fantastic throughout. She went above and beyond what was expected. I hope I never have to sell a property again, but if I do, Esra has set the bar very high as to what I would expect in terms of good service from an estate agent.

Very quick and understanding when i had to move out with less than two weeks notice - they found me a beautiful flat with a great landlord and communication with them throughout the process was pretty great!
