Had a great experience from the start enquiring about a property. Rugile was quick and eager to arrange a viewing, wasted no time getting back to me on any queries I had - moving quickly into offer. Sue picked up from Rue, expediting moving into property within 2weeks. Super helpful both of them! My only concern was the cleanliness of the property when I moved in- which I can't blame them entirely. A deep clean would have been ideal. Will recommend!

If you are looking to sell your home quickly I would highly recommend Tihon and Paul Maruna at Martin & Co. Paul has been instrumental in coordinating the transaction. Tihon came through with a serious Buyer within a few days of listing the property. He is very efficient and brought about a very smooth transaction for the asking price of the property. I highly recommend Tihon for your real estate needs- he is efficient and does get the job done well !
