I rented a beautiful 1 bedroom house with help from Martin and Co. The process was very smooth, professional and clear from the very beginning and property was even better than initially thought. Rugile was very kind and helpful and support me with all my inquiries during the time. As soon as l questioned about the property she almost instantly replied to me and arranged a viewing. Not forgetting Mrs Freya Cattermole, she was beyond any expectations, always there to help, very responsive to all my emails. I could not recommend any better this letting agency. I have found a property to rent through Martin&Co (South Croydon branch). Once I have decided to let the property, the process was amazingly smooth, my e-mails were always answered promptly and all my doubts clarified ASAP. I have to say I am very impressed with the service Rugile Norbutaite has offered. I seldom leave reviews but credit where it is due. Rugile Norbutaite was excellent and friendly, extremely positive and helpful in every way. Rugile Norbutaite did everything that she said she would and me and my husband are really impressed with the dedication and speed of the service we received from her. It's fast and efficient and she was more than helpful in providing information, details and both in person and videos/virtual viewing of online adverts in this pandemic situation.
