I was actually relocating from County Durham in between lockdowns so as you can imagine, getting to view houses wasn’t the easiest! I do not normally write reviews but feel I must this time. I have had a rough few months and when I found out the flat i have lived in for 5 years was being sold you can imagine my reaction. Jo and Whitegates however was incredible from the start. As I had been with them for so long they promised to show my flats before they were listed that might be suitable. Within a week they had found a place for me and gave me a chance to view which I took them up on. Throughout I have been pestering Jo with a million questions and every time she has responded within minutes of my emails with everything I needed to know. She then went above and beyond to make what is a stressful event at a stressful time of year as smooth as possible I am now set to move in just before the New Year. The team over at Whitegates South Leeds have been nothing but kind, caring and helpful during my first 12 months renting with them. They're always attentive and want to assist with any questions or issue, and are quick to resolve them. Jo has been an absolute star helping me settle into the property and ensuring I'm assisted with anything when needed. Gabrielle has been wonderful recently with the required documentation to sign my contract for another 12 months! Can't wait to stick around with them and couldn't recommend them enough!
