Jo Harrison Jo is always happy to help me out if I report a repair she will try her best to get a trade person out on the same day or within that week I have been dealing with Jo for 2 years now and she never lets me or partner down, if there is any problems and you report it to Jo you can guarantee she will always email you back, she will try her best to get updates from the landlord aswell
