Fast sale and purchase

I saw a property for sale with Move Revolution and called up to book a viewing. Louise answered and arranged a viewing for the same day. I viewed the property several times and the team were always happy to accommodate and didn't rush the viewings. I decided to sell my property through Move Revolution and it sold on the first viewing. The buyer pulled out but they had viewings lined up straight away to secure another buyer. Sue Peyton was especially helpful when i came to liaising with solicitors and making sure the sale and purchase went ahead. It was a stressful time but Sue was great and I would not hesitate in recommending Move Revolution for the sale or letting of your property.

Move Revolution and in particular Elle, have made the experience of letting out my property easy and seamless. The customer service is the best I have experienced compared to the letting agents I have used in the past. Elle is extremely helpful and friendly and she has completely taken away the stress of having a rental property.

I used Move Revolution for my house sale in Reigate in 2013 - their service was excellent. We were kept informed throughout the process, and the final negotiations with our buyer all went smoothly. The photography was very high quality which was important to me as a photographer! They managed all the viewings which meant I didn't have to be present, and they managed to get a large number of viewings in very quickly which resulted in a timely sale. This helped us secure the home we wanted to buy as we were in a strong position to proceed. Any concerns about them not having a high street presence were completely redundant as the high level of customer service and online presence both overcame this. Katie found me a tenant for my property in just 2 days securing a rent over and above what I asked for. Very professional and enjoyable to work with.

Estate agents get bad press however the team at Move Revolution are different & have been amazing from start to finish. Photos of my house were great, Ross Margetts kept in contact keeping us updated all the way through the process. Sarah Cohen also kept us informed at each stage saving us time with chasing for information. Thank you all for your help, first class service from all. Can’t recommend highly enough ??

We were initially impressed by Move Revolution when viewing properties with them. We then viewed the perfect property, but our agent (who I won’t name on here) had failed to sell our home and as such we lost the property we loved. When it came back onto the market, Ross at Move Revolution phoned us immediately. We agreed for them to take on our property also. What followed was service and professionalism exponentially better than other agents we had used. Ross managed to sell our property where others had failed to do so which meant an offer was accepted on the property we wanted. Unfortunately for reasons outside of MRs control that sale fell through. Ross phoned us whilst we were away, told us not to panic and he managed to sell our property once more within two weeks. Purchase still on also. Ross managed some challenging periods leading up to exchange with absolute professionalism and was always available for a phone call. We cannot thank Ross, Matthew and the team at Move Revolution enough. We couldn’t fault them and would recommend Move Revolution to anyone wishing to buy or sell a home.
