Move Revolution called at my door, after noticing that my property had been up for sale for many months, and explained how they would improve the marketing of my property . I wasn't happy with my original agent and agreed to give Move Revolution a try. They have been fantastic!!!!!! From their professional photos, wording and eye catching website to the help and support I have received from their staff - I cannot be happier. Sue was an absolute STAR ??

Professional and friendly

Damian is our main contact on a house we are buying via Move Revolution. He has been very professional right from the start, and also very friendly, empathetic and understanding whilst we have had some challenging times on our sale in order to purchase the house through Move Revolution. We have had some previous negative experiences with estate agents, so we are very thankful that this experience has been totally different. We also met Ollie once during this process and he was equally as friendly. Sue has been the sales progressor, who is very efficient and keeps us updated well. Thank you all!

Fantastic Support from Move Revolution

Just to say that I think that I would never have moved without the help & support of both Sue & Damian at Move Revolution! Through no fault of theirs it has been a tortuous process however, with constant good humour & professionalism they got me there in the end. I can't praise them enough - many thanks to them both.

Friendly, efficient and always cheerful

We dealt with Sue whilst purchasing our house in Bletchingley. It wasn't a straightforward transaction but she remained helpful and positive throughout. Such a cheerful manner !

Hannah was great from the start and dealt with the rental of our property quickly and efficiently. She was always available and was giving frequent updates. We alway knew what was going on and had complete confidence in her and she did exceptionally well on the speed of rental and the rent achieved. I will definitely use her again.

Professional and incredibly nice and easy to work with

Hannah assisted me in renting a property whilst I am still living overseas.. A situation that could have been incredibly complex and fraught with problems was managed with extreme professionalism and the whole process became worry free and really quite easy. I've rented many properties throughout my life, in various countries, the service provided by Hannah was without doubt one of the best I have experienced. Excellent communication, the paperwork and processing were handled promptly and without fuss.

Sale of family home

Not the easiest house to sell but Move Revolution sold it as the second and final agent instructed. Although it took almost a year selling the property - that seemed the easiest stage! It took a long 6 months to get the property from offer accepted to exchange of contracts what with chains collapsing just before exchanging contracts before Christmas etc and I can honestly say I don't know what we would have done if it wasn't for Sue. Communication was the key and every step of the way was discussed throughout the whole process. With weekly sometimes even daily calls, emails going backwards and forwards nothing was ever too much trouble. If we were told Sue would get back to us by the end of the day she would without fail. We always knew exactly where we stood. Selling and moving homes is certainly one of the most stressful things people go through but with the help of Sue it was a lot easier. She is worth her weight in gold I couldn't recommend her high enough! Thankyou !!!

We decided to use Move revolution due to the lack of response from our current agents, first impression was good Damian listened rather than jump feet first which gave us a good feeling. once we started to work with Damian and Louise it became clear we had made the right choice as they are a very professional team. Damian was consistently in touch with progress reports and even helped when the house i was purchasing nearly fell through, we would certainly recommend using Damian and his team, their not your average estate agents. if we ever moved again we won;t need to think twice about who we would use. wonderful service!!!!
