The whole team are delightful, professional, hardworking and nothing is too much trouble. They offer helpful advice and will always discuss any concerns that may arise.. They will always return my calls should they not be available at the time i ring, something that seems rare these days. Sarah was amazing, so friendly and someone who clearly is not only excellent at her job but obviously loves it. Ella, Kat and Luca also deserve a mention as they talked me through any viewings and subsequent offers from would be tenants, wanting to find me the right tenant for my property. Tom Campbell was fantastic as my initial agent who showed me around the property, knowledgeable and friendly, constantly keeping me in the loop when it came to making my offer. She fought so hard to deliver a quick an efficient exchange. Her phone calls were always so informative and I felt like she really cared about my purchase and couldn't do enough for me. She is utterly brilliant at what she does and her persistence is so key when it comes to property purchases. As a first time buyer no question was deemed too silly and they both really held my hand throughout the entire process. I really couldn’t rate move revolution Haywards Heath highly enough. From the start to finish they have been unbelievably helpful, understanding and keeping us up to date every step of the way. We really couldn’t have asked for a better bunch of staff, Matthew and lizzie have been our rock and shoulder to cry on when it all got a bit much. They are honest and respectful in their approach, which we highly appreciated. But they managed to get us to the finish line.
