I have been with M & P Estate Ltd for 5 years plus. They have. Been helpful all through. Any needed assistance was dealt with promptly. Both the managers and their staff were professional and helpful.

We have not sold nor purchased through M&P estates but felt a review was required. From our first point of contact all members of the team were welcoming, listened to our needs, wants and wish list when it came to looking for a property. All viewings were well arranged, any communication was done efficiently and all team members were extremely knowledgeable on the property they were showing us. The team on whole are very dedicated and driven, they worked extremely hard to find us our forever home. Special mention to Charlie in the Ockendon branch who even though young, went above and beyond at every property he showed us- if I ever need to use an estate agent again I would use M&P.

Charlie dealt with our sale admirably, which was no mean feat considering his client was a property lawyer! We cannot fault the first class service we received - from the initial viewings and offers which we were immediately kept up to date with to the personal whatsapp group, which allowed us to correspond with M&P. They kept on top of our buyer and their solicitors - chasing constantly to keep the momentum all the way through to exchange. Charlie is a credit to M&P and made a stressful process that much easier. A mention to Rachel too, who initially visited us and oversaw the sales process excellently.

Staff are amazing and incredibly helpful, very understanding, patient and kind, especially Sarah! She helped us an untold amount when it came to referencing and getting us into a property after being made homeless due to our previous landlord selling up. Highly recommend using the assistance of the staff at the Ockendon branch!

It has been a topsy turvy transaction but we got there eventually. Shout out to Charlie who helped and guided us through this 6 months journey of buying our first house. Very professional and kind. Well deserved 5 stars.
