Last year I decided to purchase my first ever house. I had initially started my search (and made my first offer) with a very large, well established estate agent. I found them to be highly unprofessional and unapproachable, so decided to use someone else. I therefore decided to try and find (and purchase) my first house using Enfields. My first point of contact was Sam. Sam was SO approachable, friendly and professional and immediately made me feel at ease. I decided from that moment on that I would only use Enfields- all because of Sam. Being a first time buyer, initially everything was overwhelming for me and I felt like I knew nothing. Sam was so patient and understanding and he answered any questions I had and never made me feel uncomfortable. Sam was forever contacting me to ensure everything was ok, and to see how he could help me. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Sam and he really went above and beyond his role. There were several issues delaying my purchase, but along with Shaun, Sam kept me informed at all times and put me at ease. Every time I went into the estate agent in person, Sam would always stop what he was doing to come over to speak to me (even if I wasn't going to see him personally) - I think this says a lot about him! I cannot thank Sam enough. He is kind, caring, approachable, knowledgable, thoughtful, respectful, proactive, genuine, professional and a credit to Enfields. I work in the customer service industry for a large well-known company and can appreciate how important exceptional customer service is. For this reason, I want to express my gratitude to Sam for all of his outstanding work. He is an asset to Enfields and because of Sam, I will now recommend Enfields to my friends and family and ensure I use them for any future sales or purchases.
Shaun took charge over the purchase of my first ever property and from the very first contact with him, he made me feel at ease and made the whole process as smooth as possible. Our purchase took a lot longer than planned due to various issues with solicitors and the vendors' forward purchase. I was very close to pulling out of my purchase due to the issues and the lack of communication from both solicitors and the associated parties involved, However, thanks to Shaun being so understanding and proactive, he ensured calls were made and emails sent on a regular basis, always keeping me informed. Right up until I personally picked up the keys from Shaun, he was approachable, considerate, helpful, professional and polite. It was a true pleasure to have him look after me and my purchase and I cannot thank him enough for all his help and dedication.
As a first time buyer, I had little knowledge of the buying process but Sam and Shaun were both very helpful, polite and professional. They made the whole process run smoothly and a lot more stress free than it could have been. They never made me feel pushed or under pressure. I chose Enfield's for the sale of my two properties because from the very start they were straight forward and down to earth. They have always answered my enquiries and kept me up to date with making me feel as though I was not being fobbed off. If one member of staff is unavailable then another will help where they can or the person you wanted to speak with always gets back to you. I would recommend then to anyone.
I sold my flat with Enfields, overall customer service was excellent, particularly from Will and Shaun. Will gave what I felt was honest and helpful advice when marketing my property, and Shaun was very helpful towards the end of the process chasing up on matters to ensure we reached completion within the agreed timescale. Both were polite, friendly and empathetic in what is a stressful time. I would have no issue using them again.
As a first time buyer, I was quite apprehensive about buying and obviously came across a few estate agents. Enfields were certainly the best I came across; very polite and professional, and upfront with any information they had such as lease and boiler servicing without being pushy. Phone calls and emails were always responded to quickly. I've mainly been dealing with Shaun and Sam, who have both been great!

With his wealth of experience, local knowledge and outstanding customer care, Shaun is truly inspirational. He was very attentive to the situation while the transaction was taking a bit longer than expected. But he successfully reduced the long waiting by constantly negotiating with the buyer and their solicitor with reasoning. He also kept my solicitor and myself up-to-date with any development during the whole process. Although I never met him in person, I believe he is a role model for many in the business. I wish him every success.
I truly admire the great professionalism Sam demonstrated throughout the whole sales process with utmost sincerity, empathy and confidence. He was very pro-active in arranging viewing and follow up with updates in due course. Particularly, achieving a successful negotiation at a difficult time right after Brexit was not an easy task at all. But despite these odds and very limited customers, he did not allow much fall in the asking price and successfully achieved a very satisfactory negotiation.
Starting with the valuation and continuing through to viewings, offer and eventual exchange Will, Sam and Shaun couldn't have been more helpful and supportive. The valuation visit was informative, relaxed and helpful. and we were pleased with the photos taken to promote our property, and the speed with which it was advertised. We were always given plenty of warning prior to the visit of a prospective buyer so that we could make plans ahead. Feedback following visits was promptly given. Following the offer we were given regular updates and courtesy calls so that we felt in touch with the process. And when we exchanged the congratulations were warm and genuine. We would have no hesitation in recommending Enfields to any Seller.
