Very bad at communicating

I have been trying for several weeks to speak to someone regarding a property that has been listed for months. I went to their office this morning to find it closed. I called while outside and was told that they are open (closed sign on the door and all lights off) and that somebody will be phoning me back immediately - nobody has contacted me. I am in a desperate situation to find somewhere else to live or me and my child will be on the streets

Avoid. From minute 1 of our tenancy to the very end, the service provided was less than poor. No one even cares either. I dealt with 3-4 members of staff who were all as bad as each other.

Renters - avoid at all costs. Martin and Co tried to scam me out of my deposit. They claimed the carpet was new at the start of my tenancy and a number of other false accusations in order to try and keep half of my deposit. Luckily I had plenty of evidence and was able to wait the 3 months it took the DPS to decide it was unfair, and I am finally in the process of getting my money back. In addition, the agency use poor contractors, leaving issues unresolved for long periods, and let themselves into the property unannounced. If you find yourselves unlucky enough to be renting one of their properties, make sure you take plenty of photos and save all evidence upon leaving as they WILL try and con you out of money. EDIT In response to your reply. I DID try and contact your office to resolve, every day for 2 weeks. It drove me mad.

The worst people I’ve ever had to deal with. Absolutely useless, avoid at all costs. Everything with my sell went wrong and all could have been avoided if people could do their jobs properly.

Avoid, avoid, avoid If you are a tenant I would look for a different estate agent, avoid this one and wait for it to be listed with someone else If you are a landlord then find a more professional company to handle your investment(s). They are a nightmare to communicate with and have the communication skills of a flea. The term "customer service" eludes them in all formats. They tried to take deposit money for 1 dusty blind in a 4 bedroom 3 storey house and for pre-existing damage, there was no help or advice or in fact any communication with us or offer to help find a new place. When moving out they cancelled so many viewing appointments on the actual day of the viewing (after telling us they had several booked, yeah yeah) leaving us out of pocket We are so happier to be renting with someone else now Steer clear and save yourself unnecessary aggravation

Never called back after requesting a viewing. Time wasters

If Martin and co team manage your properties, they will drain your blood. Repairs in your house never end, and you end up paying at least 10 times the original cost for a job. I wouldn’t recommend even to my worst enemy!!!
