The process from first viewing to completion took just under 11 weeks and this is definitely down to Darren Dickinson his knowledge and expertise.He made recommendations of local solicitors based on his experience of selling other propertys rather than monatary gain like other agencys do and he put me in touch with people for a mortgage. Being in the property business I came to depend upon Martin & Co for their advice, guidance and up-to-date letting information a great deal. Matt has helped me with various lettings since 2018. I came to know Matt and James really well since December 2021 when they helped me to let out one of my properties.
