I have recently bought a house through CJ Hole as a first time buyer and it was a lot less stressful than I'd imagined, main,y down to there dedicated progressions team. They kept us up to date almost daily and couldn't do enough to help us. Fantastic service - thank you!

We bought our house using CJ Hole's Southville team ten years ago, and have just sold it with them too. Throughout our entire relationship with the Southville team they have been nothing short of excellent - consummately professional, excellent timekeepers - even when just valuing the property over the years - and the sales process was made completely pain free by James, Sam, Olly and the whole team. Special mention must go to Laura who took such brilliant photos of our property and was polite, courteous and knowledgeable throughout the process. In short - great service from a polite, well mannered, happy TEAM of people. Thank you all so much!
