I dealt with the Southville branch of CJ Hole in the viewing of some houses in BS3 and the subsequent purchase of one. My phone calls to the office were always answered and they were able to book me in for viewings within 48 hours of each call and were flexible around my working hours. Sion was particularly friendly and polite both on the phone and in person. I also dealt with Ben and Matthew on the phone and over email who were prompt and comprehensive with their responses. Plans and time frames were adhered to and the whole experience was painless. My only suggestion would perhaps be having a FAQ sheet regarding each property for prospective buyers covering some basic information e.g. age of the boiler and heating system, who the neighbours are, dates and details of recent work etc. However all of these questions were answered during or shortly after the viewing so this wasn't a major issue.

What a team!! I have just sold my house using CJ Hole Southville. I started the process with Sam Gray and finished it with Hollie Stanton. Both were extremely professional and quick to get responses to any questions I had. It's been a long process that was made much more stressful by slow solicitors and I was very impressed with how they ramped up pressure as time went on. Hollie was especially good at pushing solicitors to act as quickly as possible as we neared the end of the process. Very good service. Had a viewing with Finn who was really polite and friendly, encouraging but not pushy at all. I took the property, and then had a second viewing today just to check out some things, Finn again was patient and understanding, good conversation and knowledge. I did not feel like I was wasting his time or bothering him with a second viewing. Very good service from Finn. Also shout out to Charlotte who has been responsive and excellently helpful sorting out the contractual side.

Very positive experiences so far! Although we are still on the hunt, we have found the staff at CJ Hole, particularly Mitch, to be consistently helpful and professional throughout the period, particularly during the intense viewings where you only have limited time to really see and ask about the properties.
