I bought a house through the Southville branch recently. It wasn't an easy process due to the (bank-appointed) solicitors involved being somewhat less than perfect. However, CJ Hole's assigned Sale Progressor, Ollie, was incredibly helpful, proactive and reassuring. The sale went through roughly on time - which I regard as a minor miracle - and I have Ollie and the rest of the office staff to thank for that. When I eventually come to sell this house I'll be using CJ Hole.
