Fantastic customer service received from Phillip who within a couple of days of our house going on the rental market got us a new tenant. Within a week all necessary financial checks were completed inventory done gas and electricity checks done. Tenants moved in. The smoothest transaction I have experienced when renting our property. Well done Phillip and Ashton team thank you. 😊

Fast as lightning wow ! Amazing professional service from both Phillip & Bret. Within one week of Ashtons marketing my property they found a tenant, one week later vetting completed they'd moved in. Exemplary attention to detail and follow up, nothing was ever to much. Thank you Phillip & Bret.
