Fantastic Service from a great team
Can't praise or recommend North Estates enough. From valuation to completion Nick and Nicky work together to deliver an excellent service. Always available and always willing to help, Nick went above and beyond to ease the process and keep it as stress free as possible. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Outstanding customer service
Both Nick and Nicky couldn't have been more helpful, we were on extremely tight deadlines for our purchase and they went out their way to make sure it happened for us. Extremely professional & outstanding customer service - I highly recommend them!

Very professional and responsive
As a buyer we felt that they were working as much for us as the seller. We really liked the clarity of the website and we found the virtual tour very helpful. We had a tight deadline and Nick and Nicky needed to do a lot of chasing on all sides and they were excellent at keeping us informed of progress and next steps. Even after the sale had completed they were quick to turnaround any quick questions. As we are not familiar with St Albans it was also great to get recommendations and insight into the area from their personal experience and extensive knowledge. Excellent service and incredibly professional agents.
North Estates have sold 3 properties for our family and have always been excellent. They are very professional and deliver what they promise. They make you feel like you are their only customer even though that is not the case. I was continually kept updated with my sale and they worked really hard to complete my sale in 4 weeks. I would definitely recommend using them.

Pleasant Professional Competent Efficient Wealth of Experience

Fantastic, professional and supportive service
North Estates provided a fantastic service and a huge amount of support throughout the process. My sale was a little complicated and drawn out for a number of reasons but Nick and Nicky kept me proactively informed on a daily basis, offering much needed advice where required. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

Nick made all the difference
For a multitude of reasons the transaction, which should have been straightforward, became more and more complicated. Nick maintained an active dialogue with his client, explaining why these issues cropped up and why the buyer should stick with us. We (finally) completed yesterday - and I don't think it would have happened without North Estates. Thank you Nick (and Nicky)

professional and friendly

Recommended without hesitation
I chose North Estates to sell my flat in St. Albans because I expected to receive a personalised service, based on their previous testimonials. I wasn't disappointed: Nick and Nicky were courteous, highly efficient and professional throughout. They use the major property websites to promote properties. A buyer was secured very quickly. I recommend North Estates without hesitation.
