Selling with your move... Just dont...

So we placed our house on the market with St Austell Your Move back in April at which time they rushed us to bring it to the market under the promise of a quick sale - they had investors waiting to purchase such properties. (unsurprising it's a 2 bed terrace ideal for renting or first time home owners.) Initially we had some interest albeit not 1 investor/landlord as promised. Within a few weeks we had an offer for the full asking price, which we accepted happily knowing that the buyer needed to wait for a pension payout. The house remained on the market.but viewings for the property declined (not a problem we had agreed a sale after all). At some point in the process it appears that buyer disappeared into the wind, no word or sign of things moving forward. Whenever we inquired into the sale Your Move would always reply with the same response that the buyer was waiting for the pension to pay out. (I'm sure if I asked now the reply would be the same, it leaves me wondering if there was ever an offer in the first place) The property we had decided to put an offer on was lost due to the time it has taken. A shame but these things happen. In the end we gave up asking about the supposed buyer and Your Move never offered an explanation. Interest in the property was now almost non existent, so we decided to look at other possibilities and found that we could part exchange our property for a new home. Since informing Your Move a couple of weeks ago of our intentions we have received phone calls everyday, apparently prospective buyers suddenly want to view the property again and Your Move want to know what we are doing. Today we informed Your Move that we have accepted an offer on our property and that the company looking to purchase it in part exchange wishes us to instruct Your Move to remove it from the market. The estate agent then became very offish toward me on the phone and at the end of the conversation slammed the phone down. All in all not a good service from our point of view, we were left with little to no trust in what they were telling us or in their ability to sell our property. We would not recommend them to anyone.
