The first day following the easter Bank Holiday as I had a problem with my shower .By lunchtime the tradesmen had visited and fixed the problem all completed within a few hours from my initial phone call.Thats what I call great service, great communication and efficiency. Had a few estate agents round to value our house but Danielle was by far the best. Other just looked at the rooms and gardens and didn???t really ask any questions about the house. There was no pressure to put the house up with them either. After talking to us and taking an interest in us she actually advised us to leave it a few weeks and look at all the options we had before making a decision. Again not something we have encountered with an agency looking to get a house on the books. Would totally recommend Belvoir to anyone.
