I recently completed my sale and also purchase through JB&B Leach. I was initially listed with a different estate agents but after getting in touch with JB, I could see these were miles above the rest and offered the service I was looking for. From start to finish they made us feel like we were important to them and not just another person selling their property. I had a horrible service with my previous letting agents so I looked up Belvoir and noticed they had decent reviews. They were a little more expensive but it really is true when you here "you get what you pay for". Belvoir (in particular Vivienne) have a fantasic service. They are very customer focused and detailed and always keep me updated of events; this is really important to somone like me being an expat. I NEVER have to chase them for issues and they are very prompt to act on my instructions. Overall a great service

I have recently decided to sell my house with Belvoir / JB & Leach and I am at the point where I have just approved the brochure and the property is ready to go live. So far, the service I have received is excellent! Everything has been taken care of and appointments for pictures and the EPC made very quickly.

Our journey with Belvoir and JB &B leech has not reached its conclusion yet, however I would like the management to know that Heather Roberts has been particularly kind and professional when showing us around the property we hope to buy and during the viewings of our own home for sale. . She showed great empathy and support at at time that was quite emotional for us. We have lived in the property for over fifty years. This new experience could have been very stressful for us but Heathers good humour and patience made it all So easy. We will both miss her cheery visits. She is a great asset to your company.
