An excellent service provider. The team at JB&B Leach are fantastic. Each member of staff had their own individual roles but coordinated our sale and purchase extremely well. We found them to be very friendly and quick to respond to any of our requests. The hamper on completion was a lovely gesture too.

I can???t rate JB&B Leach highly enough, we???ve had more help and interaction with them, who we???re buying a property off than the Estate Agent who is selling ours. With JB&B Leach nothing is too much trouble and they???re always there to help, they???re efficient, professional and friendly and they know it???s a stressful time selling and buying so go out of their way to put your mind at ease, making you feel calmer. My one regret is I never got them to sell ours, but you live and learn, so my advice to you would be if you???re looking for an Estate Agent to buy or sell your house with, I can???t recommend JB&B Leach highly enough.
