I think that without the help of Emma we would be still waiting to complete. My feelings are that the process can be tracked much more easily with technology and first time buyers still struggle with the process - I feel that they could be supported more. I have bought a house before and understand the process - I supplied everything to my solicitors and there there 3 enquires back from the buyer which I answered in 24h - for me that was the only hold up from me. My solicitors did their work in 2 weeks, therefore the rest of the work was waiting. I appreciate that the estate agent can only chase, but if the buyers are more informed, I think the appropriate pressure can be applied. Apart from that experience I think Emma helped in the negoitiation and got it there quickly once we got an offer - after dropping the price. So thank you to her.

Without a doubt THE best estate agents! What should have been a straight forward, quick purchase turned into a lengthy nightmare due to our poor choice in solicitors. The girls at JB&B Leach did anything and everything possible to assist us during the long and stressful purchase. Nothing was ever too much trouble, they went above and beyond their role and always communicated with us throughout. We cannot thank the team enough!
