Belvoir have always responded quickly and been helpful when I have needed help or asked questions. They have someone available to call on Saturdays too in case of emergencies. They are aware of safety inspections and will ask you when it's convenient for you for them to be done. Vivienne at Belvoir is especially on the ball and gave useful advice about what to do when leaving the property, and she was also helpful and flexible when it came to organising visits and handing over the house keys.

We recently bought our first house through J B & B Leach, from the start of the process the staff have been nothing but helpful and professional. At the first viewing of the property the agent was able to answer all of our questions regarding the property itself and the local area. After the sellers accepted our offer the agent accommodated us again for a second viewing so that we could start to measure up! The staff in the office were helpful each time we called with questions and we were kept updated regularly via text message on the process of the sale. We would definitely recommend J B & B Leach to family and friends in the future.

Helpful and friendly staff. We were let down by sellers on our first attempt at buying a property. Staff at JB&B leach were quick to try and find us another property that was suitable for what we were looking for and we found another one with a couple of days. A very successful first time purchase of a property 5 weeks after our offer was accepted.
