I have recently moved into a new home with Belvoir St. Helens having rented from other agents in the past and I have to say the process with Belvoir St Helens has been delightful and the staff are pleasant and efficient. The property I have moved into had been prepared as promised and ready to move into on the date I had requested. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Belvoir St Helens.

Although the vendor was actually the client, Katherine and Danielle were very responsive to emails and did a great job of facilitating communication between us and the seller. E-mailed in over the Christmas period and received a call back from Kath, the St Helen's office manager. Made an offer and continued the sale by e-mail. I was a little apprehensive of letting my property ,as like any other new adventure,you hear a lot of nightmare stories and things that can go very wrong but Nicola soon made me feel at ease,explaing how the vetting of would be tenants was carried out and her own personal experience of being able too (suss),people out during an interview.It is very early days yet , in my experience of being a landlady,but getting there was stress free because of the experienced staff of jb&b leach,and if I could afford another house I would do it again tomorrow x
