Brilliant Helpful and Reliable

Doreen Rose, the new owner as of 1st May 2021, has turned everything around at Martin and Co. Staines! I’ve been renting through this location for over a year and felt largely ignored by the estate agents before her management. Previously, communication was difficult and non-responsive, maintenance requests were ignored or getting them actioned required constant prodding on my part, and I was at one time without a boiler and hot water for more than two weeks. The previous management did not care. Doreen’s management has changed ALL of this! She stays in contact and keeps communication open, clear, and timely. Maintenance requests are acknowledged within an hour and she follows up by the end of the day to ensure I am informed with what actions are being taken. I now feel valued as a tenant! Doreen’s management shows that she cares about providing excellent service and a wonderful experience for her clients. Doreen talked me through the whole process, of letting a flat which i had just purchased, she was helpful and quickly marketed my property, a tennant was found within days and all paperwork concluded quickly, the references took a while but doreen and lyn kept me well informed, i would definately recommend this estate agents
