Huge shout out to Moira in the Stamford office who has been hugely helpful, accommodating and professional. Always does what she says she's going to do and goes above and beyond. Always helpful, polite and accommodating. They have always been understanding and attentive when I have needed support as a tenant. They really felt like they were pro-tenant when we looked round and applied and made me feel welcome into renting with them. We even had a card when we moved in. I’ve rented on and off for 17 years and the team at Melton have been the best by far. Genuinely grateful.

Newton Fallowell are a very approachable agent to deal with. Which as a tenant is so very important. Any problems are dealt with and acted upon in good time. With communication throughout the process. The premises are inspected on a regular bases which is reassuring. The staff at the local office are friendly, polite and professional at all times.
