Gemma was really helpful with whole process of getting the house for renting, she helped on each step of application from letting offer to agreement signing. Only issue I faced was not from them but from 3rd party they use, Goodlords for referencing, their automation and process is not fast and accurate, which caused delays in getting letting agreement signed. Relying on automation sometimes makes process difficult and time consuming, which in turn makes getting the house for letting or getting tanent moving in delayed unnecessarily. Please consider doing process old school ways by yourself if needed, than giving it to 3rd party, it's costing stressful experience to your letting tenants. Try to identify issues with 3rd party platforms you're using right now and trying to take the situation in your hands to get the process done faster.

Gemma has one of the first once whom I met for property viewing. She has patiently shown and answer my questions twice. She also negotiated with landlord on few things on my behalf considering my situation which helped to finalise the place and eventual move in to the same property. ​I have just used Oyster Properties, Stanmore letting department to let my property. I mainly dealt with Minal, Gemma, Mehul and Pauleen, I found them very professional and they would always reply to all my queries in a very timely manner. They ensured that all the necessary paperwork was complete, as well as arranging all the tradesmen needed to ensure the property was ready to be let. I would definitely recommend them. With the Oyester properties Stanmore office, We had a wonderful experience while buying our 1st home.Zisha made the process very comfortable, though it took us couple of months for our own faults,but throughout the entire process of completion she was absolutely calm,polite & always helpful.
