I can't praise Manesh at Oyster enough. We bought our house through Oyster a few years ago. We were so impressed that when it came time to sell we didn't hesitate to go to Manesh at Oyster. We had a very tricky sale which became somewhat prolonged because of our buyer's solicitor. Manesh worked so hard to keep the sale moving and got the completion date we wanted. He put up with my daily calls and stress and was always kind and patient. Manesh is decent and genuine and incredibly professional. In short I would not hesitate in recommending using Oyster. Thanks to them and Manesh's hard work we are now living in our dream home. Thank you.'

The tenancy has now come to an end as I need the property for family use and I can confirm that Oyster's post-tenancy service is as impressive as their pre- and mid- tenancy service detailed below. They handled the return of the property and keys, provided a very comprehensive Check Out Report with detailed photos of any issues and handled the deposit return seamlessly. Oyster Properties offer an extremely professional letting and property management service carrying out all the necessary pre-let, tenant search, referencing, documenting, ongoing tenancy management and post-tenancy requirements. Their very calm and no-fuss interaction removes any renting stress a property landlord might otherwise suffer and all at a competitive price.

Gemma has made the experience of moving, which is tricky enough but also with a one year old is just that bit harder, made so much easier and smoother. Any question or concern I have I get a quick fast reply and always a fast solution. Id recommend Oyster properties to any friends or family and even more so recommend Gemma herself.

It’s the best agency I have ever seen with quick responses and updates .There are very few steps to get into a property of your choice.They are very fast in processing details and settling you into your new home and the best part was actually a surprise welcome box which we received while moving into their property it was very kind gesture to present such a lovely present for their tenants.
