We had a wonderful experience with Oyster properties.Everything from the online viewing, to viewing booking , visit and actual process of getting the tenancy signed was really smooth.Gemma managed and handled every thing very professionally and calmly. She was always very responsive to our sometimes not so nice queries and probing follow-ups.We have been in the place for a month now, support that we have got even after moving in has been exceptional.Will recommend Oyster properties to anyone looking for renting or owning a place.

When I tell my friends about Irina at Oyster, I refer to her as 'a property genius' because that's exactly what she is; there's nobody I've ever met who knows & understands property like she does. In an instant, she can tell you to a penny what a specific property is worth, she's alert to the major & minor national changes in the property scene & she has amazing resources of energy in driving your property towards successful exchange & completion. And she's part of a great team; when my flat was on the market, I used to read every detail of Dean's brilliant weekly online reports of activity around the sale & these reports helped me to make important decisions about adjustments in the sales strategy - backed-up of course, with sound advice from Irina. I'm happily settling into my new place now & I know for sure that I wouldn't be here without Oyster, Dean & Irina. They, & all the people at Oyster make a formidable team; it was brilliant to have them on my side. Thank-you for everything, Oyster - I could never have done it without you!
