I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Irina and Niraj from Oyster property for selling our home which we lived in for 16years in Stanmore. From the very moment, they were professional and will always accommodate your wishes. I basically wanted to buy a bigger place and they communicated this with my buyer who held on for the best part of 8months whilst we found our new home. This was down to oyster managing my buyer and keeping him abreast of where we were in the chain. During the conveyancing process our buyer unfortunately had a difficult solicitor who was unresponsive. Irina and Niraj again stepped up and guided us through the process to get it over the line. I have to say at this point that your conveyancer is as good as what you pay and Irina highlighted this straight away to us. They recommended a great firm, a real person you can get hold of. Yes it is a bit more £ but I was talking to a real person rather than a bot or a different person everyday. Note to anyone buying check reviews of your conveyancer before appointing them! I would highly recommend and use Oyster for any property dealings as you get a personable service from them. Thank you again to the Oyster Properties team, keep up the good work.
