They are quick to respond to jobs, keeping regular contact with contractors to follow progress on the jobs. They seek professional advice from contractors. The team is very friendly and professional. They don't want to cut corners, but get jobs done properly at the same time as getting a good price.

Minal in maintenance has been very friendly to get hold of and has extensive range of knowledge on what she is saying, very honest and upfront, explains in details, one maintenance department where they are not expecting us to spend money unnecessarily, also look after the tenants and ensure that the properties are safe. would highly recommend

They were recommended as very good letting agents and so I appointed them to manage my lettings. I have been very pleased with their management. They have managed to collect rents from troublesome tenants, dealt with boiler issues and blocked pipes. The costs have been much lower than from my previous agent. If you are looking for a letting agent, I recommend Oyster Properties.
