Reviewing Gemma at Oyster Properties We were trying very hard to rent a property. All our offers were rejected because we did not have any renting history. Then we met Gemma from Oyster when viewing a property and she managed to help us rent it just in a couple of days. It was a big surprise for us. I recently moved into a flat at Langland Court, Northwood HA6, and tbh I couldn't be happier with my choice. The location is fantastic, offering a peaceful and friendly neighborhood with easy access to essential amenities. What truly made my renting experience exceptional was the support from the rental negotiator/associate Gemma Groogan. She guided me through every step of the process, from the initial viewing to signing the lease, making the whole transition smooth and hassle-free. It was lovely to deal with Gemma. She helped us throughout the renting process and clear all the hurdles. We were renting after nearly 8 years and process was very new for us. But lucky us, that Gemma took us through it. We called her nearly each day till the end and she replied to all our messages and even emailed her on her day off. She’s no doubt such a gem.
