Very professionally run estate agents in Stanmore. Staff are very helpful and very prompt in dealing with your inquiries.They are very good in managing properties as well as selling your property for which I have had an experience in both with them and would recommend them for both renting out your property as well as selling your property. They will keep you updated at every stage of selling your property. If renting out your property, you would have a hassle free service and they would take care all the inquiries from your tenants.

I am new to the UK and had been looking to rent my first home in the UK. I was contacted by Oyster proprieties after my Interest in one of the properties listed in a platform and they have been very helpful since. The agent who helped me with renting/ referencing is Gemma Groogan. Gemma has been really helpful from the first time she contacted me regarding renting my current property. Given I am new to the country (by extension the process of renting a home) I had many questions which she helped clarify. She was also helpful with my referencing as a first-time renter. I would like to thank Gemma for all the help throughout this period. I had been contacted by many different agents at different times since I've moved in may it be through phone or email. It was quite tough to keep track of the topics that were being discussed. I'd recommend streamlining this communication a bit better. Otherwise I had a good experience with Oyster Proprieties so far in my renting journey.

We have had a great experience renting with Oyster Properties. Gemma has been super helpful in answering all the questions we had and helping us with the process of getting everything ready to start renting. We have also had some interaction with Mehul, Dhaval and Pauleen. They have all been very helpful and professional in communicating with us and addressing any problems we might have.

I started my rental arrangements through Oyster from February 2022. Initially we had a though time to deal with the issues in the apartment, however Oyster Properties has managed everything very professionally after reporting. Through mid year inspection they got all the issues noted and resolved within 2 weeks. Appreciate your service and professionalism. Thank you.

Gemma from Oyster Properties was very helpful during the check-in process of our rental apartment. She was very prompt in responding to our emails and supported us very well until now. There were few things that we couldn't figure out on our first day in the house. Gemma was able to guide us through it and solved the problem.
